Application Forms

Visitors who are not English Petanque Association (EPA) members whether
trying the game out or wish to come along and have a game at a club meeting
are most welcome.
It is very important that all visitors be recorded in order to be covered by the
Association’s insurance for that day.
The club must ensure that the participant’s name, contact details and dates
of visits are recorded as these will be required in the event of a claim being
notified.
Once someone has visited up to three times and not chosen to join the
Association they are not covered.

To save time in filling forms at the meeting, please fill the appropiate form
on-line.

If you are interested, want to learn how to play or fancy giving the game a try
come along and have a go at a 'Come and Try' session. Just fill the
'Come and Try' form on-line and mail to us.

If you have played before or already a proficient player and wish to come
along and have a game just fill the visiting player form on-line and mail to us.

If you wish to become a member:
a. Just print the membership form and bring it along with the appropiate fee
on your next visit.

OR

b. Fill the form on-line and mail to us and bring the appropiate fee
on your next visit.

If you wish to become an EPA member just print off the form and bring it
along with the fee on your next visit.
